~~~
The Sparklies ~~~
In
your 'Layer' palette, right click on the
'Background' layer and select 'Duplicate', right
click on the copy and select 'Duplicate' again.
You now have 3 layers.
'X'
out the top two layers by clicking on the 'eye'
at the end of each row, click on the bottom
layer to activate [turns blue]

Select the
'Freehand Selection Tool'.......

and
set
the the 'Selection type' to 'Freehand'
.......set the 'Mode' to 'Add (Shift)' .
(NB.This
saves having to hold down the shift key while
drawing with the tool when you want to select
more than one area)

Draw
around the areas of the net which you want to
select to add the sparklies to, they will be
surrounded by 'Marching Ants'

Go
to 'Effects' 'Plugins' 'VM Natural' 'Sparkle'
and apply these settings and 'OK'.......

and
you'll have sparklies on your graphic :-)
In
the 'Layer' palette, 'X' out the 'Background'
layer and 'un X' the next layer, clicking on it
to activate.

Go
to 'Effects' 'Plugins' 'VM Natural' ' Sparkle'
again. Your settings will show the same as before,
so
slide the 'Random Seed' slider to any number and
'OK'. Altering the 'Random Seed' setting alters
the positioning of the next set of sparklies.
In
the 'Layer' palette 'X' out that layer and 'un
X' the top layer and click on it to activate.

Go
to 'Effects' 'Plugins' 'VM Natural' 'Sparkle' again
and alter the 'Random Seed' once more, and 'OK'
'Selections'
'Select None' to deselect.
'Un
X' all three layers.

Now to Animate ~~~
Go
to 'File' 'Jasc Software Products' 'Launch
Animation Shop'
You
will still have your PSP down on your taskbar at
the bottom of your screen so click on its tab to
bring it back up.
In
your 'Layer' palette, click on the bottom layer
to highlight, click on 'Edit' 'Copy'
Click
on the 'Animation Shop' tab down on your taskbar
to bring up Animation Shop and click on 'Edit'
'Paste as New Animation'.
Click
back onto your PSP tab, click on the next layer
up in your 'Layer' palette, click 'Edit' 'Copy'
Click
onto Animation Shop and 'Edit' 'Paste' 'After
Current Frame'
Back
in PSP, click on the last layer in your 'Layer'
palette, 'Edit' 'Copy'......over to Animation
Shop and click 'Edit' 'Paste' 'After Current
Frame'.
Click
on the 'Animation Icon'
to
see your animation then go to 'File' 'Save
As'...
type
in a name for your animation and save as a
'CompuServe Graphics Interchange [*.gif]
