~~~ The Sparklies ~~~
In your 'Layer' palette, right click on the 'Background' layer and select 'Duplicate', right click on the copy and select 'Duplicate' again. You now have 3 layers.
'X' out the top two layers by clicking on the 'eye' at the end of each row, click on the bottom layer to activate [turns blue]
Select the 'Freehand Selection Tool'.......
and set the the 'Selection type'  to 'Freehand' .......set the 'Mode'  to 'Add (Shift)' .
(NB.This saves having to hold down the shift key while drawing with the tool when you want to select more than one area)
Draw around the areas of the net which you want to select to add the sparklies to, they will be surrounded by 'Marching Ants'
Go to 'Effects' 'Plugins' 'VM Natural' 'Sparkle' and apply these settings and 'OK'.......
and you'll have sparklies on your graphic :-)
In the 'Layer' palette, 'X' out the 'Background' layer and 'un X' the next layer, clicking on it to activate.
Go to 'Effects' 'Plugins' 'VM Natural' ' Sparkle' again. Your settings will show the same as before,
 so slide the 'Random Seed' slider to any number and 'OK'. Altering the 'Random Seed' setting alters the positioning of the next set of sparklies.
In the 'Layer' palette 'X' out that layer and 'un X' the top layer and click on it to activate.
 Go to 'Effects' 'Plugins' 'VM Natural' 'Sparkle' again and alter the 'Random Seed' once more, and 'OK'
'Selections' 'Select None' to deselect.
'Un X' all three layers.
