Fireworks
[Part2]
Now
to add the fireworks.
We
don’t want to add any to the first layer [the bottom layer] as
we want that to remain as the blank sky and skyline, so we will
start adding fireworks from the next layer up.
So,‘X’
out every layer except the ‘Copy of Merged ’layer which is where we will start.
[Click on the little ‘eye’ at the end of each row to ‘X’
out that layer].

Click
on the ‘Copy of Merged’ layer to highlight it
Click
on your ‘Picture Tube’ tool 
Locate
your ‘Firework1’ tube

Change
the scale to about 40 something, and click on your image once to
place the tube. Remember roughly where you put it.

‘X’
out ‘Copy of Merged’ and un ‘X’ the ‘Copy 2 of Merged’
layer in the ‘Layer’ palette, click on it to highlight.
Alter
the scale of your firework to about 70 something and click once on
your image in the same place as previously to place the tube.

‘X’
out that layer and un ‘X’ the next one ‘Copy3 of Merged’,
clicking on it to highlight.
Alter
the scale of your firework to about 100 something, click on your
image to place the tube.

While
still on that layer, locate your ‘firework2’ tube
Set
the scale to about 40 something and click once on your image to
place the tube, in a different place from the last ones.

‘X’
out that layer’ and un’X’ the next one ‘Copy4 of Merged’
clicking on it to highlight. Alter the scale to about 70 something
and apply.

‘X’
out that layer and un ‘X’ the next one ‘Copy5 of Merged’,
clicking on it to highlight, alter the scale to about 100
something and apply the tube

While
still on that layer, locate your ‘fireworks3’ tube, set the
scale to about 40 something and apply to a new place on your image

‘X’
that layer out and un’X’ the next one ‘Copy6 of Merged’
clicking on it to highlight, alter the scale to about 70 something
and apply your tube.

‘X’
that layer out, un ‘X’ the last one ‘Copy of Merged 7’,
clicking on it to highlight, alter the scale to about 100
something and apply your tube.

Un’X’
all the layers, go to ‘File’ Save as’ give the file a name
and save as a ‘PaintShopPro image’…remember where you saved
it
Next,
open Animation Shop by going to ’File’ ‘Jasc Software Products’
‘Launch Animation Shop’
In
Animation Shop, go to ‘File’ ‘Open’ and locate your saved
file.
Click
on the ‘View Animation’ icon
to see your animation, click on it again to close it.
If
you'd like to see all your frames, click on ‘View’ ‘Normal
Viewing (1:1) and scroll across…..or ‘View’ and use the
‘zoom out by…’ option.
Go
to ‘Edit’ ‘Select all’ ‘Animation’ ‘Frame
Properties’ and alter the display time to about 50. This will
slow your fireworks down

Click
the ‘View Animation’ icon
to check it.
Go
to ‘File’ ‘Save as’, give it a name and save as a
‘CompuServe Graphics Interchange (*.gif)
