As the whisper works its nightglow

 The one that I'm addicted to,

 My whispers soft imagination

 Holds us close the whole night through.

 Dreams of dancing in the moonlight

Give way to thoughts of a close embrace

 And as our arms go round and hold tight,

Dreams and thoughts all interlace.

 The dawning light melts the stars away

 As whispers give way to tears.

 Thoughts and dreams and all they convey,

 Hold close and allay all fears.

 Always held in that special place

That place within my heart

A whisper, gently left on lace

 Keeps us as one while we're apart.
